The GLOW program is "GLOW provides powerful programs that unite small groups of girls to engage in discussion about pre-teen & teen themes in or outside of schools as well as virtual GLOW programs for girls. As we know, many girls struggle with issues such as bullying and friendship problems that result in negative self-talk and poor body image. Girls today are also struggling with mental health issues. The GLOW program offers weekly opportunities for girls to have candid conversations about their struggles and realize they are not alone. GLOW offers Leader Training so that you can become part of the movement and learn how to offer our GLOW programs to the girls in your community."
